At Adleralm you can taste what South Tyrol and the Ahrntal Valley have to offer: Ahrntaler Schlutzkrapfen, dumpling specialities such as cheese, pressed, speck or spinach dumplings, Tyrolean gröstl, hearty goulash and flavoursome barley soup. There’s also Alpine cheese from our own dairy and farmhouse speck from the region. And because dessert counts too, you’ll of course find classics like Kaiserschmarrn and homemade apple strudel – South Tyrolean cuisine at 1,700 metres. We also offer a selection of gluten‑free, vegetarian and vegan dishes – just ask.
